Shipping Information:

Orders placed online or by phone will be shipped by the following business day provided the merchandise is in stock.

Tranquility products can be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii for only $28 in additional shipping charges per case. Scroll down to accessories to choose.

Most products are shipped ground in the manufacturer's box and shipping is included in the price only for ground orders in the continental United States. We do not ship anything outside the United States. Orders requiring a truck will have additional shipping charges. We will contact you for approval and payment of the additional shipping before the items are sent. Likewise, orders shipped to a PO box may also involve additional shipping charges. If that is the case, we will contact you and inform you of the additional cost.

To expedite shipping, orders may be drop shipped by the manufacturer or supplier.

Ordering with an incorrect address will result in a sur charge equal to the cost of shipping which will be passed along to the consumer if it is the fault of the consumer. If the incorrect address supplied by the consumer results in loss of merchandise Cheap Chux is not responsible for the loss.

Exchange and Return Policies:

We will gladly replace damaged items if damage is reported to us within 2 business days of delivery.

Unopened items may be exchanged or a refund obtained within 2 business days by calling 1-888-772-7702 between 9am and 9pm central for a return authorization number.They will only be accepted back in increments available for sale on this website. All returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee and there will also be a charge for our original shipping costs.

No credit will be issued for any items shipped back without a return authorization number.

All credits for returns will be issued after receipt and warehouse approval.

Any cancellation made after the order has been shipped will be considered a return and subject to the same limitations.

Bath and shower products, toileting products, and all products used or worn against the skin are not returnable under any circumstances.

There are no returns on the following products: hospital beds, lift chairs,and wound care.
